"Unavailable Assets" refers to digital assets that are not supported or traded on CoinTR. These include types of cryptocurrencies that may be mistakenly sent by users and cannot be traded on CoinTR. Below are the types of unavailable assets on CoinTR:

Cryptocurrencies Not Supported by CoinTR

There are some cryptocurrencies that are not supported by CoinTR. If you are unsure whether a cryptocurrency is listed on CoinTR, please consult our customer support team before proceeding with any transactions.

Cryptocurrencies Sent to Networks Not Supported by CoinTR

Each cryptocurrency can operate on different networks. CoinTR supports specific crypto networks. If you send crypto to CoinTR via unsupported networks, you will not be able to use or trade these assets on CoinTR. For example, the networks supported by CoinTR for a stablecoin like USDT are:

TRC20
ERC20
BEP20
Arbitrum One

Cryptocurrencies to be Delisted from CoinTR

Cryptocurrencies to be delisted from CoinTR refer to those whose trading will be halted but are still open for withdrawal. When CoinTR delists a cryptocurrency, deposits for that cryptocurrency will also be suspended.

Airdrop Cryptocurrencies

Airdrop cryptocurrencies that are not supported for trading cannot be exchanged on CoinTR.
