1. Block not confirmed by miners
Your cryptocurrency withdrawal request creates a block on the blockchain. Miners must confirm these blocks in order for digital assets to be deposited into your account. The number and speed of confirmations can vary between different blockchains. If your transaction has been successfully completed but the cryptocurrency has not yet reached your account, please contact the relevant platform for verification.
2. "Cryptocurrency Not Withdrawn" Warning
If the status appears as "In Progress" or "Awaiting Withdrawal," it means that the assets are waiting to be transferred due to a high volume of withdrawal requests. The system cannot manually intervene in the processing time of requests. In this case, please be patient.
3. Incorrect or Missing Tag
When withdrawing some cryptocurrencies, you need to fill in the tag or memo information. You can check the tag on the deposit page of the relevant platform. If a tag is required, please fill it in accurately. If no tag is visible, we recommend that you contact the customer service of the relevant platform to confirm whether it is needed. If no tag is required on the CoinTR withdrawal page, you can fill in a random 6-digit number. If the tag is incorrect or missing, the withdrawal may fail. Contact CoinTR customer service for assistance.
4. Mismatched withdrawal network
Before submitting a withdrawal request, carefully check the address and network to ensure that you have selected the correct address and network. For example, if you want to withdraw crypto from platform A to platform B, you must select the same chain on both platform A and platform B. Selecting different chains may cause the transaction to fail.
5. Amount of Withdrawal Fee
CoinTR pays the transaction fees collected from its users to the miners on the block for processing the transactions and ensuring the security of the relevant blockchain network. By checking the withdrawal fees, you can make your transactions smoother.
