5. New User Account System: UID will be expanded to 13 bits, more secure, and can serve more users.

1. Web3 Wallet Service No Longer Available on CoinTR App.
2. "Price Guardian" Feature Will Be Delisted.
3. Cryptocurrency Deposit Addresses Will Change: Please pay attention to the change notifications and update your addresses to avoid asset loss.
